I’m not in the UK, can I still order?

You absolutely can!

If you would like an item sent outside of the UK please get in touch to arrange something.


I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still order from your website?

Don’t worry - I’ve got you covered!

You should see the option to buy using either PayPal or Stripe as the payment processor.

Use either which suits you best.


Can I request a custom order?

Oh yes!

I love doing custom jobs, they’re always so special! I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so I have plenty of time to get it mad and out to you in time.

How long will my order take?

I aim to get all orders of my pre-made items out within 3 - 5 working days, where possible it will be at the post office the next day.

I always get proof of postage but unfortunately once it’s out of my hands I can’t guarantee when it will arrive. If you have a tight deadline please get in touch and we can arrange something.

Can I wash my new buy?

You definitely can - all of my fabrics are pre-washed although I recommend using a colour catcher on their first wash with you, just in case any of the high pigments run.

I’d also suggest washing on 30 or by hand if required.


Do you accept returns?

Everything you see is handmade, just by me!

I take so much care and consideration when creating that there hopefully will be no reason for you to return an item. Each is quality controlled, ironed and checked before posting. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a fault with the item.
